IBCN began its life in December 2010. The activities of the Institute, committed to basic research in biological and medical science, include neurobiology, behavioral studies, immunology, genetics, oncology, mainly devoted to uncover the molecular and cellular mechanisms of cell functions such as the fundamental processes of cell proliferation, cell differentiation and cell death.
